Make a MobileMe Status Dashboard Widget
During the MobileMe mail outage today, I thought of a convenient way to check MobileMe’s status using Safari’s new Web Clip Widget:

Keep reading for the 3 easy steps to make your own MobileMe Status Widget…
1) Using Safari, navigate to http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/
2) Click Safari’s new “Web Clip Widget” icon next to the bookmark “+” icon:
3) Highlight and click the “System Status” area. Click Add.
4) You’ve now added a MobileMe Status update widget to your Dashboard! Now finding out MobileMe’s latest problem is as simple as pressing F12.
