hmm, i downloaded songs from scrapetorrent via transmission and they are “.flac” files instead of “.mp3″ files, but all attempts fail, even when i do change the file to “.mp3″ to get these songs on itunes, what do i do?

sar you’re way off — transmission has nothing to do with cds — use itunes to import your cd and then it’ll be in itunes.

some places you download torrents from keep track of how much your upload vs. download. it’s not transmission, but the site holding the torrent file, that giving you the message. at this point you may not be able to do anything to you seed more. if you don’t have anything to seed, you’re out of luck – just try downloading the torrent from another site.
