		<description>yeah i use the proxies to get to the sites and dl. ktunnel and hidemyass and such. port says not connectable? idk what that means..some are working now after i tweaked a few things...ugh! so confusing! maybe i&#039;ll just wait it out...thank you for your help sir</description>

		<description>humm -- make sure the port is open.  also, if you can&#039;t download a torrent file, try something like that hides/masks/or changes your ip address.  I forget the name of the one app now, but google around.</description>

I live in apartments and they block anything to do with downloading even free music files from adult swim..i heard something about opendns being able to not allow a tracker to work? all my trackers are messed...they say not allowed and connection timed out. everything was working fine for the first few weeks i&#039;ve been here it&#039;s just the past week everything went down the tubes! =( any help much appreciated</description>

		<description>sf -- i don&#039;t think opendns has anything to do with this problem.  i use it and have no problems with torrents.  of course, you could always switch to your ISP&#039;s dns instead of opendns if you think it&#039;s a problem.  maybe try a different browser, dns can&#039;t block certain filetypes from downloading.</description>
